Big Wheel (Jackson Weele) is a Spider-Man villain who built a massive motorized wheel and used it to commit crimes, driven by humiliation after being blackmailed by the Rocket Racer. One of Marvel's more absurd villains, he nonetheless represents the desperate creativity of street-level crime.
