Constrictor

Constrictor (Frank Schlichting) is a mercenary villain with cybernetic adamantium whip-cables built into his wrists. Trained by S.H.I.E.L.D. as a sleeper agent, he went rogue and became a hired thug before eventually attempting a more legitimate hero career.
