Empath (Manuel Alfonso Rodrigo de la Rocha) is a mutant Hellion with the power to manipulate the emotions of others. A cruel, manipulative student at Emma Frost's Massachusetts Academy, he has used his power to control and harm others, making him one of the more insidious mutant villains.
