Mister Sinister

Mister Sinister is Nathaniel Essex — a Victorian-era geneticist who became obsessed with mutation and made a bargain with Apocalypse for immortality. Sinister has spent over a century manipulating the genetics of the X-Men, particularly obsessed with the bloodlines of Cyclops and Jean Grey. Cold, calculating, and brilliant, Sinister is one of the X-Men's most dangerous foes and has been central to major storylines including Inferno and the Krakoa era.
