Morbius

Morbius is Dr. Michael Morbius, a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist who attempted to cure his rare blood disease using an experimental treatment involving bats and electric shocks — and instead transformed himself into a living vampire. Unlike true vampires, Morbius is the product of science rather than the supernatural, giving him a tragic, monster-against-his-will quality. He is an anti-hero who struggles to survive without feeding on human blood.
