Polaris

Polaris, born Lorna Dane, is the daughter of Magneto and a powerful mutant who controls magnetism in much the same way her father does. Her complicated relationship with her heritage — accepting and rejecting her connection to Magneto in turns — has defined much of her character arc. A longtime member of X-Factor and a key figure in X-Men history, Polaris has gradually emerged from her father's shadow as one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel Universe.
