X-Cutioner

X-Cutioner is Carl Denti, an FBI agent who became a vigilante hunter targeting mutants who have committed crimes and gone unpunished. Armed with alien technology confiscated from the X-Men's files, he operates outside the law as judge, jury, and executioner for mutant offenders.
