Arachne

Arachne is Julia Carpenter, who gained spider-based powers through a secret government experiment that replicated the abilities of Spider-Man. She served as Spider-Woman, a member of Freedom Force and the Avengers, before taking on the Arachne identity. She later became the new Madame Web, inheriting prophetic psychic powers alongside her web-spinning abilities.
