Cloud 9

Cloud 9 (Abby Boylen) is a young superhero who can fly by riding clouds of gas she generates from her body. Recruited into the Initiative, she proved herself an exceptional aerial combatant despite her pacifist nature, and was deeply affected by the moral compromises demanded of her.
