Wind Dancer is Sofia Mantega, a Venezuelan mutant who can manipulate wind currents with precision and speed. A founding student at the Xavier Institute, she was a central figure in the New X-Men: Academy X era before losing her powers on M-Day. Her post-depowered story explored the human cost of the Decimation and what it means to fight on without mutation.
