3-D Man

The 3-D Man is Hal Chandler, a Marvel Comics hero who can transform into Chuck Chandler, a superhero with triple the strength, speed, and stamina of a normal human. He was one of Marvel's early heroes, first appearing in Marvel Premiere in the late 1970s.
