Strange Tales (1951) #110

The first appearance of Doctor Strange, Master of the Mystic Arts, published in July 1963. Written by Stan Lee with art by Steve Ditko, this issue introduces the world to Stephen Strange — a brilliant but arrogant surgeon who loses his hands in an accident and seeks healing in the Far East, only to become Earth's Sorcerer Supreme. One of the most important and underrated Silver Age keys.
