Cyber (Silas Burr) is one of Wolverine's oldest and most sadistic enemies, a former black ops soldier whose skin was coated with adamantium and who possesses a venomous touch. He tormented a young Logan decades before Weapon X, and has been a persistent nightmare throughout Wolverine's history.
