Dagger is Tandy Bowen, one half of the street-level duo Cloak and Dagger. A runaway teenager subjected to experimental drugs that unlocked her latent mutant abilities, Tandy can generate light daggers of pure psionic energy that can drain the life force from enemies or purge them of toxins. Her partnership with Tyrone Johnson (Cloak) is one of Marvel's great friendship stories, forged in shared trauma and survival.
