Detective Soap

Detective Soap (Frank Soap) is an NYPD detective assigned to the Punisher Task Force — a dead-end posting for incompetent cops — who has a darkly comedic relationship with Frank Castle. Despite being largely useless, he represents the human face of law enforcement in the Punisher's world.
