Stan Lee and Jack Kirby introduced the world to Marvel's First Family: Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Girl, the Human Torch, and the Thing. One of the most significant and valuable comics in existence. Near-mint copies have sold for over $300,000.

Nova, born Richard Rider, is Marvel's greatest cosmic hero — a teenager from Hempstead, New York who was chosen by dying Nova Centurion Rhomann Dey to receive the full power of the Nova Force when the Nova Corps was destroyed. Effectively the last of the Nova Corps, Richard carries the combined power of an entire space police force alone. His sacrifices during the Annihilation War established him as one of the most heroic figures in the Marvel cosmic universe.
