Controller

Controller (Basil Sandhurst) is a villain who uses a mind-control harness powered by the life energy of those he enslaves. A failed scientist driven mad by obsession, he has clashed with Iron Man repeatedly and briefly held enormous power by enslaving large numbers of victims.
