Howard The Duck

Howard the Duck is a sarcastic, cigar-chomping waterfowl from an alternate dimension who became stranded on Earth — a world he finds baffling and infuriating. Created by Steve Gerber, Howard is one of Marvel's great satirical characters, a vehicle for biting social commentary wrapped in absurdist humor. His 1970s solo series is considered a landmark of comics as literature, and he has remained a cult favorite ever since.
