Frog-Man (Eugene Patilio) is the son of a minor Spider-Man villain who donned his father's frog suit to become a hero. Despite his bumbling style and limited effectiveness, his pure-hearted determination has endeared him as one of Marvel's most lovably earnest street-level characters.
