Jack Flag

Jack Flag is Carl Burford, a small-town hero who idolized Captain America and took on the Flag identity to fight crime in his community. After being betrayed and left paralyzed by the Thunderbolts, he was later restored and went on to join the Guardians of the Galaxy, bringing his patriotic spirit and street-level toughness to the cosmos.
