Electro (Ultimate)

Electro (Ultimate) is the Ultimate Marvel version of Maxwell Dillon, reimagined within the darker Ultimate Spider-Man universe. He retains his electrical powers but is portrayed as a more brutal and less theatrical villain than his 616 counterpart.
