Doctor Faustus

Doctor Faustus (Johann Fennhoff) is a master psychologist and hypnotist who has used his abilities of mental manipulation in service of the Red Skull and HYDRA. One of Captain America's most psychologically threatening villains, he attacks heroes through their minds rather than brute force.
