Red Ghost (Ultimate) is the Ultimate Universe version of Ivan Kragoff, a Soviet scientist who deliberately exposed himself and his trained apes to cosmic rays to gain powers. In the Ultimate continuity, the Red Ghost and his Super-Apes remain a bizarre and dangerous threat to the Fantastic Four.
